Refund Policy – The Cult of Kelliology 🌟

Hey, fellow truth-seeker! At Kelliology, we want you to love your cult swag. But we get it, sometimes things don't work out. If your item is damaged, you can request a return or exchange. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind (we're a cult, not a regular store).

1. Eligibility for Returns
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in original packaging. If it’s just a slight mistake, we’ll work it out.

2. Return Process
Simply contact our cult hotline (email) and let us know what’s wrong. We'll get back to you faster than you can say "Kelliology!"

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of any items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way. No exceptions.
